Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pure titanium and Co-Cr frame removable denture. Methods 110 pure titanium frame removable dentures and 123 Co-Cr alloy frame removable dentures were made respectively and followed up.try-in,adjustment,denture stomatitis and patients, satisfaction were examined after 12 and 24 months. Results Patients wearing dentures 12 months, denture tooth pain and masticatory dysfunction in two of the abutment teeth,a significant difference(P0.05) between the two groups, the remaining were not statistically different between the two groups.Patients wearing dentures 24 months, were not statistically different between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical success rates at 24 months showed no difference between Ti and Co-Cr RPDs.
