Institutional change of state-owned enterprise property in China and the reform measures

The reform of state-owned enterprises in our country has experienced the stages of allowing rights and profits,changing profits into taxes,contracting and so on,great progress has been made to a certain degree,but we are unable to go out the predicament eventually,there are many deep issues.State-owned enterprises are the mainstay of national economy,promoting institutional change of state-owned enterprise property plays an important role in enhancng vitality and efficiency of enterprises,playing their due roles and perfecting socialist market economy system.The article systematically discusses institutional change of state-owned enterprise property in China,analyzes the issues existing in the traditional property institution and further discusses the reform mentality and specific measures in state-owned enterprises.
