Abstract
From the perspective of policy and legal orientation,input safeguard,management game,resources distribution and teachers' professional development,this paper provides some feasible suggestions for the authorities mainly based on the further study of the progress of reform,basic experience and existing problems in the countryside compulsory education,for the purpose of promoting the reform of compulsory education in the countryside of Yunnan.
