Establishing a New Pattern of Government Investment in Rural Compulsory Education in Yunnan

The rural education is the foundation of promoting the rural economy and its social development and the important guarantee for the comprehensive construction of the well-off society in the rural ereas.At present,the national experiment sites of the countryside fee-to-tax reform work is of great significance and urgency in strengthening the rural education and developing it vigorously. This article proposes to establish a new pattern of the government investment in the rural compulsory education that accords with the reality of China and Yunnan so as to satisfy the need of educational development.This research has certain practical significance in further developing and perfecting the rural compulsory education management system in Yunnan.
