Abstract
Ubiquitous learning put forward new requirements on construction of learning resource, this paper expounds the definition and the characteristics of the ubiquitous learning, the comprehensive analysis of the base construction current status in domestic higher education learning resource, from the learning resource information model design, learning resource construction of ecological system, learning context aware and personalized service of learning resources in these four aspects of a ubiquitous learning model of higher education learning resources library construction, and through the application example demonstrates the operation effect of learning resource repository.
