Resource Requirements and Design Strategy for Mobile Learning

Learning resource is the most basic and important part of the learning activities, and also one of the core elements that affect learning.Suitable learning resources are the premise and guarantee of efficient learning, Mobile learning in learning environment,needs of learning resources,learning carrier, and resource transmission ways is different from traditional learning methods, which puts forward new requirements for mobile learning resources. In the development and design of mobile learning resources, we must give full consideration to the characteristics of mobile learning, and discuss the strategy of learning resources design on the basis of them.
