Abstract

Teachers' ethic is the vocational ethic for a teacher.It plays an important role in the process of education.As for a university,teachers' ethic construction should emphasize on the improvements of restriction mechanism,various forms of ethic education,establishment of excellent teachers and development of teaching and research activities.
