The Neglecting of Professional Ethic Education and Strategy in the On-Service Training for Teachers

The professional ethic is necessary to teachers' development.Along with professional knowledge and technology,it has become the basic requirement to teachers.However,there is just little research on it,and no enough attention is given to professional ethic education in the teachers' on-service training.The professional ethic is necessary to the relationship between teachers and students,the essence of teaching,and the teaching profession.This quality will not develop automatically.It needs the support of the outside environment and the guide of the educational system.Except for some traditional methods,case teaching is also an important way to cultivate teachers' professional ethic.
