Abstract
The most main characteristic of Japanese modernization,is to take developing education as forerunner,enhancing person′s quality as first essential factor of modernization.The success of Japanese modernization is mainly to persist the education founds a nation basic strategy.The kind of characteristic of modernized pattern should draw widespread world attention,in particular it is important practical significance in countries of realizing modernizalion.
