A Tentative Exploration of Transactionary Marriage

Transactionary marriage is a phenomenon where,to achieve their personal purpose,the man and the woman in the marriage get married through signing an agreement and then get divorced after their purpose is reached.In essence,this kind of marriage is a transaction.To prevent marriage of transaction from spreading,we should effectively bring this phenomenon under control.Through an in-depth analysis of the causes for transaction marriage,nature and effectiveness of the relevant laws,the writer of this article puts forward a suggestion that provision 10 of marriage law be amended and that the system of taking oath in marriage registration be added so that the relevant marriage laws can be improved and the marriage in question can be regulated reasonably.
