Abstract

The core values of Tao Xingzhi's educational theory and practice is advocating elite education to return to public education and highlighting mass education.According to Tao Xingzhi,the concern about mass education is not only a necessity to safeguard social justice,but also an only way for the development of China's modern education,and at the same time an essential for educators to find existence value.
