Strengthening speciality administration and improving education level to promote clinical pharmacy development

As Chinese medical and sanitation reform are deepening,the traditional pharmacy model of hospitals is facing the survival crisis.The clinical pharmacy which aims at the patients' service will become the main direction for developing hospital pharmacy.To solve the deficiency of clinical pharmacists is a key event to change the work model of our hospital pharmacy.To train the clinical pharmacists is an urgent task in pharmacy education.It is suggested that our college education of clinical pharmacy should be adjusted according to the urgent needs of training objects,demands and curriculums setting.The government should set up some related statutes,and the role of clinical pharmacists should be correctly oriented,so as to provide more clinical pharmacy service.
