Improving the Teaching Administrators’Management Level on Teaching Evaluation in Colleges and Universities

The meaning of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities and the necessity to improve the administrative ability of teaching administrators are clarified.The duty of teaching administrators is analyzed and some suggestions to improve their administrative level are put forward.It is pointed out that the keys to improve the administrative ability of teaching administrators are improving their vocational and innovational quality,strengthening teaching staff building and constructing reasonable checking and incentive system.
