Progress on Biological Treatment of Yeast Wastewater

Abstract
The development of biological treatment including anaerobic, anaerobic-aerobic, anaerobic-aerobic-denitration treatment for yeast wastewater were summarized, specific microbial selection and enhanced degrading strain as well as compound microorganism for enhancing treatment of yeast wastewater were introduced. The problem and trend of biological treatment for yeast wastewater were also described.
