Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficiency and pharmacoeconomic cost of mosapride, cisapride, clebopride and domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. METHODS:272 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into 4 groups:group A(mosapride 5mg, tid, po);group B(cisapride 10mg, tid, po);group C(clebopride 0.68mg,tid po) and group D(domperidone 10mg, tid,po). The course of treatment was 4 weeks. They were evaluated by cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS: The cost-effectiveness ratio of mosapride, cisapride, clebopride and domperidone for the treatment of functional dyspepsia was 1.05,2.24,1.49 and 0.85, respectively. CONCLUSION: Treatment project in group A will get best result.
