The Effect of Psychological Cognition Nursing in the Treatment to Patients with Depression

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological cognition nursing in the treatment to patients with depression.Methods 76 patients with depression were randomly divided into 2 group: treatment group and control group;pure drug treatment was given to control group while drug treatment plus psychological cognition nursing was given to treatment group;before and 8 weeks after treatment,HAMD and SCSQ were applied to detect the psychological state of the patients in both groups.Results The scores before and after treatment were significantly different(P0.01) while there existed no obvious difference between the 2 groups;treatment group showed a higher PC score and a lower NC score after treatment than those of control group with significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion Psychological cognition nursing is effective in the treatment to patients with depression.
