Abstract

As a kind of historical evidences,archives have its own specialty,the staff of the scientific and technological archives management of seismology should improve the working level by increasing the publicizing force,improving the ideals of the entire archives,strengthening the system,and realizing the institutions and standardization of archives managemengt;Furthermore,reinforcing the working person-nel’s training to improve the qualities of archives missionary and enhancing the archives information construction are also good methods to improve the archives management working level.
