The Brief Analysis of Science and Technology Archives Management and Utilization

Science and technology archives which reflect the real records of scientific research activities are important components of working in scientific research institutions, they actively promote scientific and technological progress of the institutions, and have great significance for social development and economic construction. The storage carriers and forms of scientific research information resources are various with the rapid development of high and new technology. Strengthening and regulating science and technology archives management, ensuring integrity and effectivity of archives, reflecting utilization value of archives, and enhancing scientific level of archival work are everlasting tasks for archivists.The author summarises some superficial experiences in science and technology archives management, briefly analyses the existing problems in archives management and utilization, and puts forward measures to strengthen science and technology archives management based on working practice in CCS Wuhan Rules and Research Institute for archivists' reference and discussion to enhance together.
