Abstract

There are a lot of compound words with suffix Zi in Gaoyou Dialect.It's mainly as the suffix of nouns and it can play the suffix of pronouns,adjectives,verbs,quantifiers and adverbs.The special function of Erhua of the mandarin is replaced by suffix Zi in Gaoyou dialect.
