Characteristics of Tropical Plantation Sustainable Management in Yunnan Province and Study Benefit Analysis

Abstract
The characteristics of sustainable management of tropical plantation in Yunnan province were expounded from two aspects namely the sustainable management strategies under the guiding ideology of classified management,and the particularities of tropical plantation sustainable management.Moreover,the present study situation on selection of indigenous silvicultural species;the effects of sustainable management of the stands;standard and index system of sustainable management;was elaborated.On the basis of summarizing the study results,the existing problems in study were analyzed.The paper also proposed some suggestions for expanding study contents accordingly.
