Abstract

Objective To study the psychological intervention on the effect to the rapetic results of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods The 132 patients with diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups of 66 cases,66 cases of the control group.Both groups were used conventional treatment and care, the experimental group is added up to the psychological intervention,self-rating depression scale and self-evaluation form assessed anxiety in patients with diabetes mellitus of depression and anxiety,and the two groups' curative effect were observed after treatment.Result The state of anxiety and depression after the intervention was significantly lower than the state before the intervention(Patient s ' state of anxiety and depression after the intervention is fewer than before,the days of hospitalization is also fewer than before,its condition has more clearly improved than before).Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve psychological state of patients with diabetes mellitus and reduce the number of hospitalization days.
