Abstract
Coagulation sedimentation process was used for wastewater of flax pretreatment. The optimal coagulant and its best coagulation condition were studied. The results show that the coagulant PAC is the best coagulant for the wastewater of the flax fiber pretreatment.Influences of concentration, assistant coagulant PAM,pH,reaction time on PAC for wastewater treatment were investigated. The optimum conditions of coagulant PAC for wastewater from orthogonal experiment were:pH11,PAC 47 mL,assistant coagulant 1 mL and reaction time of 40 min.Coagulation decolorization rate,COD removal rate and turbidity removal rate can reach over 75%,70% and above 85%,respectively,under the best coagulation condition.
