Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells of diabetes. Methods The endothelial cells in the diabetes group and the control group were analyzed with a non-control endothelium scope respectively 3 days,1 week,1 month and 3 months after and before operation. Results After operation, there were obvious differences in the average cell size, the average cell density and variation in each group(P0.05).Conclusion Endothelial cells of diabetes are sensitive to the damage of phacoemulsification,so safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
