Abstract
Objective To analyze the cost-effectiveness of 3 kinds of antibiotic in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia. Methods 63 cases of community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into group A,B,and C(21 cases in each) ,group A was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam;group B with amoxicillin;group C was treated with azithromycin.Clinical effect in the 3 groups were compared, and the cost-effectiveness was analyzed. Results Total effect rates in group A and B were higher than those in group C,and group A was higher than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05) .Group C was regarded as control,C/E of group A was 55.0,and 40.1 of group B.Conclusion Amoxicillin in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia is the best solution.
