Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of the common microvascular complications of the diabetics,while more and more experiments and clinical researches indicate that oxidative stress is one of the basic reasons for diabetic chronic complications.Antioxidant inhibits the increase of reactive oxygen species(ROS)under the pathological state,at the same time,strengthen the body's antioxidant ability,thus to reduce the oxidative damage and achieve the protection of the body.To research and develop new antioxidant drugs will provide a new direction and approach for preventing and treating chronic complications of diabetes mellitus.
