Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of complex prescription of natural nootropic drugs, Bushenyizhi decoction, on the inhibition mechanism of apoptosis of cultured hippocampal neuron. METHOD: Hippocampal neurons were cultured with the serum of the treated and the controls; and fluorescent labeling and statistics analysis were carried on. RESULTS: Apoptosis rate of the serum of treated was significant lower than that of the model and the Hup A, and higher than that of the young, CONCLUSION: The serum of the treated can inhibit the apoptosis of culture hippocampal neurons.
