A Research into Several Legal Problems on Anti-terrorism

Abstract

At present terrorism has been following the tendency of globalization, but the existing legal system of anti-terrorism can't strike more serious terrorism. Therefore, a complete convention on anti-terrorism with universal binding force should be concluded and we should stress the dominant role of the United Nations in anti-terrorist campaigns and so on. Only by doing so should terrorism be curbed and uprooted effectively.
