On the Practice Path of the Scientific Concept of Development

Abstract
The concept of scientific development is a scientific theoretical system,it is embodied in the space,time,system,the value of four dimensions,which has realized historicaly sumounting the denelopment concepts.The value of the scientific concept of development is to practice.However,in the current study and practice the scientific concept of development,a series of errors and practical problems has exposed the process of understanding.Therefore,We must emancipate our minds and strengthen understanding to stablish a new concept of scientific development;must research to find out the real situation a new scientific development planning;must pay attention to talent,innovation and technology to establish a new driving force for scientific development;must strengthen the assessment,improve supervision to creat of a new mechanism for scientific development.
