Abstract
Objective To observe the effects on OFR activity of using complex pharmaceutics containing carnitine and pecorino (CP) on the ACS patients. Methods: 40 in-patients with ACS is were divided into two groups randomly, the CP therapy group ( group A, 20 cases) and the WM therapy group (group B,20 cases). Twenty healthy blood donors were served as controls. In group A is given CP 10 ml ,bid p.o. for 30 days, and other administrations were the same as that of group B which used routine WM therapy. Results In two groups, TG,CHO,LDL-C after therapy were significantly lower than that before; HDL-C was significant higher (P0.01).There was significant difference between group A and group B(P0.01).In group B after therapy angina and complications decreased significantly(P 0.05). Conclusion CP could alleviate the injury of OFR and had protective function on injury myocardium in ACS patients.
