Chinese Agricultural Functions and Its Fundamental Position:Based on Analysis of Transitional Agriculture

Chinese agriculture is from the traditional farming to the modern agriculture,namely the transi- tional agriculture.The transitional agriculture is not onlythe social stabilitysupplier,moreoverthe eco- nomic growthsupporter;not only the essential contributor for element,the product and the foreign ex- change,but also the market contributor;not only the self-circulation system,moreover must realize the agricultural dual cycle;not merely is farmer's industry,but social partieipatants' industry as well as the new domain for social employment.Therefore,in the industrialization,the Chinese agriculture's fundamentaL po- sition has duality of the traditional farming and the modern agriculture.It is beneficial for us to the policy- making and the practice.
