Industry-financed Agriculture: The Strategy′s Transition and Policy Preference of the Mid-term Stage of the Industrialization in China

Under the mid-term stage of the industrialization in China ,the overall thought of industry-financed-agriculture is to change the agricultural disadvantages in the structure of national economy, and to accelerate a transformation from the traditional agriculture to modern one.According to the steps of industry-financed-agriculture, We could adopt various ways to realize them, such as the financing of policy, capital, technique, talent or institution. Of the various restricted factors which we have been facing currently, the ways and policy tropism to industry-financed-agriculture are as follows: adjusting the national economic structure to propelling the transformation from assistant agriculture to modern new-type one; promoting the industrialized management and organization of agriculture development; improving the agricultural comprehensive productivity, and developing the urbanization and accelerating surplus work-forces transferring.
