Clinical research of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of senile cerebral arteriosclerosis

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms.Methods 124 cases were randomly divided into two groups of 62 cases.The treatment group used Tongxinluo oral capsule.To observe treatment before and after the blood lipid levels and observation of clinical symptoms improved.Results Tongxinluo had used three months later,The blood TC,TG,LDL-c decreased significantly than before treatment(P0.01)and HDL-c were higher(P0.05).There was no difference in the control group.The clinical symptoms had been improved.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can be applied to improve the patient's clinical symptoms.It is effective in elderly patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis and worthy of promotion.
