THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF GRAFTINE WITH NORMAL BONES AND BONE MARROW PARTICLES IN TREATING NONUNION OF BONES

Objective To study the clinical curative effects of grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles on nonunion of bones.Methods 37 patients with nonunions of bones in different parts received internal fixation exchange,grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles.Regular postoperative follow-up surveys were conducted and x-ray examinations were given to the patients.Results 37 patients had 10 months to achieve bony union.Conclusion Grafting with normal bone plus bone marrow particles nonunion to treat nonunion of bones is effective and deserves to be used clinically.
