Abstract
Based on sliding and drum wear test and microstucture examination, the influence of quenching temperature and holding time on wear resistance of low carbon and high chromium cast iron was inuvestigated. The result showed that the wear resistance obtained by quenching from 1050℃was better than that by quenching from 980℃.With increasing of the holding time at high temperature, wear rate decreasing of low C-hi Cr cast iron became more obvious, and wear resistance increased.
