Abstract
As an English novelist of critical realism in the 19th century,Emily Bronte is mainly renowned for her only novel,Wuthering Heights.This paper tries to analyze this novel respectively through two aspects-the surface narrative structure and deep narrative structure,with the purpose of revealing the thought concealed by the author under its narrative strategy,that is,the theme its implied author conveys to its implied reader.
