Abstract

Objective To investgate the changes and clinical sinnificance of platelet parameters in patients with cirrhosis of hepatitis B by analyzing the data of platelet parameters between patients with cirrhosis of liver and healthy people. Methods 81 patients with cirrhosis of hepatitis B were divided into two groups as bleeding group and unbleeding group, and three groups as Child Classification into A,B and C to test PLT,MVP and PDW.Results The PLT and MVP in patients with cirrhosis of hepatitis B were obviously lower(P 0.01),meanwhile PDW was obviously higher(P 0.05),the three indexes were significantly different in both bleeding and unbleeding groups(P 0.01),PLT and MPV were lower as the ALT got worse. Conclusion The platelet parameters can tell us the platelet function of patients with cirrhosis of liver, and remind us the tendency of bleeding, which is really very important for our clinical trearment and prognosis.
