Effect of the One-Time Pulp Canal Therapy for 57 Cases with the Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

Objective: To observe the effect of the one-time pulp canal therapy for chronic periapical periodontitis of molar teeth.Methods: 114 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis were divided into two groups,the observation group were treated by the one-time pulp canal therapy,the control group were treated by several times pulp canal therapy.Observed the reaction and long-term efficacy of the two groups after operation.Results: The success rate between one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal treatment had no obvious difference.Conclusion: The disposable pulp canal therapy is safe,efficient,economic,worthy of promotion.
