The Transformation of the Chinese Economic System and the Construction of Market Competition Regulations

In Chinese economic transformation, market competition has shifted from state monopoly to market competition, from partial to general competition, from primary to complex competition and from domestic to open competition. The transformation of the competition patterns requires adaptation of the current maladjusted competition regulations. It is urgent that the Chinese market system and economic integration consummate a system of competition regulation with the antitrust law and the anti-unfair-competition act as the main body, based on competition laws and competition policy experiences of developed market economies.
