Abstract

With the rapid development of market economy,all countries of the world become more concerned with the competition policy and competition law.With the relevant theories on law and economics,the author tries to analyze the purpose,object and making method of competition policy and competition law so as to expound the theoretical basis and developing trend of the competition policy and competition law and regulation.
