Abstract
In a new era,the nature and source of police power have changed greatly and the demand of soft police power is increasing.How to enhance police power should be studied as an important question for discussion.Soft police power can be strengthened by improving the relationship between the police and the people,polishing the image of the police and bettering the administration of the police so as to resolve the contradiction between the efficiency of police and the demands of public order.
