Abstract
Objective:To study MRI findings of hepatic hilum cholangiocarcinoma and evaluate its diagnostic value and preop-erative evaluation value.Methods:MRI findings in 21 patients of hepatic hilum cholangiocarcinoma proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed;MRCP classification and clinical classification were compared;preoperative evaluations and operative re-sults were compared.Results:All patients were found to have intrahepatic biliary duct dilation and discontinuity of hilar ducts,with soft tissue mass at porta hepatis in 16 cases;delayed enhancement was found.The classification is of no significant differ-ence between MRCP and operation findings(P0.05).The accuracy of preoperative evaluation in all patients of hepatic hilum cholangiocarcinoma was 81%(17/21).Conclusion:MRI is a valid method in the diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and its preoperative evaluation.
