Study on Development of Tourism in Yunnan During Ming and Qing Dynasties Period

According to the official definition of tourism today,based on assorting historical information and literature on development of tourism in Yunnan during Ming and Qing Dynasties,this paper puts forward the view that the tourism in Yunnan during that period has changed from the traditional practicability to leisure travel,and that the main body of the tourists distributed at the both ends of social stratum and influenced profoundly Yunnan′s society and culture.
