Abstract
The similarity and serial of reducer are very high.Developing the three-dimension parametric system for serial production is very necessary in order to improve the design efficiency and quality.By fully used the three-dimensional function and parametric design of Pro/E and Visual C++ as computer development tool,based on Pro/TOOLKIT tool and the principle of modular design,it has realized the parametric design and virtual assembly of gear reducer's component.This system had notable role on shortening the period of products plan and raising working efficiency,which would have universal adaptability and development for the serial product of gear reducer.
