Abstract

Three rice genetic transformation systems,PEG Mediated,Biolistic Gun and Agrobacterium Mediated were compared. After due considering transformation frequency, transformation period, transformation cost and transformation difficulty,Agrobacterium Mediated system was selected as one more economical, more efficient and more simple rice gene transformation system.
