Abstract
Stripe rust(yellow rust)is one of the most devastating disease of wheat in the world.In China,especially western China,the stripe rust disease is the most serious problem for wheat production.Selecting and pyramiding resistance genes to stripe rust is the most economical,effective and safety way in breeding programme.The study on the development of molecular assistant marker in wheat breeding was mainly summarized in this paper.
