Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Suburbanization of Nanjing in the New Economic Era

As regards the behavioral subject of suburbanization in domestic cities,this paper indicates that suburbanization is a selecting process of spatial behavior brought by the interaction among the government,enterprises and individuals.It focuses its discussion on the dynamic mechanisms of suburbanization of Nanjing in the new economic era.The study shows that urban planning and old city reconstruction,the construction of local developing zones and university town,the development of real estate industry and improvement of transport facilities are all key factors that will accelerate the development of suburbanization in Nanjing.
