Abstract

Combining with the present situation of domestic city planning was in transition,made discussion according to the public policy properties of city planning,analysed the city planning represented the public interest and its status and role,and elaborated the city planning as the performance of public policy,pointed out that the constraint mechanism should be establish,and introduced the policy evaluation system.
