Abstract
Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica in Jinan city and forecast its development trends. Methods Combination of the dipping method and molecular detection. Results Resistance of M.domestica in Jinan city had developed to middle or high levels;the results obtained by molecular detection showed that resistant individual numbers made up 80.43% in total individual numbers, but resistant homozygous was only 28.26%.Conclusion Resistance of M.domestica in Jinan city to pyrethrin chemicals has developed to middle or high levels, however, most heterozygous still exist in population, indicating that reasonable management should be recommended for delaying the development of M.domestica resistance.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
