Abstract

Objective:To investigate the association between the polymorphism of Mannose Binding Lectin gene and Susceptibility to tuberculosis of Xinjiang Kazaks Population. Methods:Using case-control study,220 cases of Kazak Kazak 213 cases of TB patients and healthy controls were genotyped MBL-A/B,P/Q,H/L by polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer(Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers,PCR-SSP) technology, and allele frequencies were compared between groups(GF),and then calculate the odds ratio(OR). Results:(1) The TB patient group MBL-H / L,P / Q sites in the TB cases in the MBL-HH group gene frequency was significantly higher than the control group(respectively 52.8% and 40.4%),the difference was between the two Significance(P 0.05),The tuberculosis cases in the MBL-LL group gene frequency is obviously lower than the control group(13.2% and 23.9%),statistically,the difference was significant(P 0.05);(2) TB cases group PP,PQ,QQ gene frequency was no significant difference with the control group, the difference between the groups was not significant. Conclusion:Conclusions:MBL-HH,LL genes may be resistant TB Kazakh population gene.
