This paper attempts to elaborate on the environmental planning in water factory with the application of western modern concepts in landscape design, which includes overall planning,landscape planning and trees planning,laying an emphasis on the introduction of the arrangement of each scenic spot and the visual axis between two spots.The whole design embodies the essence of the western modern landscape design,and is simple in form yet catering to human need.
